Portfolio I am Spigot, and I am writing this in hopes of escaping my present career as fashion model. I want a new job in the Fishing Industry! As you can see, I have been featured on one of the country's major feline magazines, CosmoKitty. I was young and naïve when that picture was taken. Hollywood had called me and planned to put me in a new dinosaur movie, but the deal fell through and I was back into modeling. Why would I want to change my glamorous profession, you may ask. Well, the stress of always having my fur in the right place, watching my diet constantly and the rather superficial nature of the cat model industry has helped me conclude that I would be a much happier kitten in another job. |
And I do love fishing! I do it every morning when the swordtails in my home aquarium wake up. I don't really want to catch them (they're hardly a mouthful), but I get such a kick out of terrorizing them, I know this would be a job for me. |

I'm willing to learn all the nets and ropes to get what I want. My other interests include sleeping and eating, both of which I do with quite a flair. I can warble in four ancient feline languages that hardly anybody else understands. I'm told my voice is a lot like a sparrow's. Some Serious Stuff
In my spare time I bestow as much of the day as possible to my favorite charity: Felines United for a Catnip Free America. Throughout my early life career in advertising, I was frequently shocked at the level of use of catnip in the industry. I've heard ALL the objections about keeping catnip legal, and, quite frankly, they don't hold water at all. Every year hundreds of innocent cats jump out of high windows to their death while they're under the influence of this damned plant.
Just say no to catnip mice, all catnip toys, and especially the living growing stuff. And get me a new job catching fish.
