This is a reunion of some of the children of Charles Pearsey Walker and their spouses, and additionally the family of Charles P. Walker's grandnephew, Frank Walker. Within this group of people, Millie was Jim (James G.) Walker's wife, Hazel was Frank Walker's wife. John Russell was Flossie's husband and Jennie Reil Hannah was Samuel Nathaniel Walker's wife. Sam, Everna (Frizzell), Flossie (Russell), Lee (Leander), and Jim were Walker siblings. Frank Walker's father, Charles F. Walker, who was Francis Samuel and Catherine Pearsey Walker's nephew, was raised by Francis S. and Catherine because his own mother Olive died when he was only two weeks old. Therefore, the Frank Walker in this photograph was part of the immediate family even though he was a "first cousin once removed" and not technically another sibling. |
