According to information provided to Marge Kimble by a descendant of William Pearsey Walker, Bernice Walker was known also as "Bun" or "Bunnie" (so she is also no doubt "Bin"); and Rosamond Walker was known as "Rose," "Suzy," "Susie," or "Toody." William Pearsey Walker and his wife, Mary Anderson, provide some mystery as to their lives. By the early twentieth century they were divorced and William lived in Missouri. Mary apparently remained in Iowa; she was said to be a native of New London. |
