
Lewis Shepherd Larkin was born on August 20, 1908 in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, died at age 74 on February 18, 1983 in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, and was buried on February 21, 1983 in Memorial Park Cemetery, Jackson County, Missouri. Lewis married Merceda Pearl Miles. Merceda was born on October 28, 1914. They had one child, Merceda Larkin. She married Ronald Austerman, and their children are: Ryan Joseph Austerman, Caroline Louise Austerman, and Mathew Austerman.
Lewis next married Dorothy McClintic and they had a child, Luanne Larkin.
Iris Vera Cunningham was born on September 26, 1896 and died on March 13, 1974, at age 77; she was living in Arizona toward the end of her life.
Iris married Creston Thomas Olmsted. Creston was born on December 12, 1894 and died on February 3, 1917, at age 22. Iris and Thomas had one child, Lucille Elizabeth Olmsted. Iris next married Carl A. Melcher. Carl was born in November 1889 and died on October 10, 1939, at age 49. Iris next married John F. Heckert. He was born on December 25, 1890 and died on September 27, 1964, at age 73.
Lloyd Ulysses Cunningham was born on November 5, 1898 and died on June 5, 1972, at age 73. Lloyd married Bernice Moody, in 1933. In 1965 when his mother, Nora, died, they were residents of Edwards, Benton County, Missouri.
Alva Leo (possibly "Leo Alva") Cunningham was born on August 6, 1900 (possibly 1901) in Iowa and died at age 90 on November 26, 1990 in San Bernardino County, California. In 1965 he was a resident of La Puente, California when his mother died. Leo married Minnie McKamey, and later he married Marie Wendell. Marie was born on February 27, 1913 and died on January 23, 1952, at age 38. Leo next married Reva Dunn. Reva was born on March 24, 1909 and died aged 77 on February 3, 1987.
Kenneth Ralph ("Kenley") Cunningham was born on July 8, 1902, died on August 28, 1973, at age 71 (his last known residence was Clarkdale, Yavapai County, Arizona), and was buried in Elmwood Cemetery. Kenley was a veteran of the US Armed Forces.
Daisy Esther Marshall was born December 10, 1895 in Franklin Township, Des Moines County. She died April 18, 1991 in Burlington. Daisy married Herbert Charles Burgus on September 25, 1918 in Burlington. They were married by the Reverend Robert Newman. Herbert was born on March 28, 1898 in Benton Township, died of heart trouble at age 61 on February 7, 1960 in Sperry, Des Moines County, and was buried in Kossuth Cemetery. Daisy and Herbert had five children: Dorothy Leota, Harold Samuel, Lavera Evelyn, Pauline Ruth, and James Andrew.
Burton Everett Marshall was born on March 24, 1897 in Des Moines County, and died after a heart attack on March 25, 1980 in Chandler, Maricopa County, Arizona, at age 83. Burton was a fruit farmer. Burton married Luella Clara Kissinger, the daughter of Philip Kissinger and Mary H. Quelle, on March 22, 1923 in Burlington. Luella was born on October 1, 1898 in Iowa and died on August 4, 1983 in Iowa, at age 84 (she was a niece of Henry Kissinger, and a first cousin of his daughter, Alice Kissinger, who married Earl L. Walker). Burton and Luella had two children, Donald Everett and Joyce Ruth Marshall.
Donald Everett Marshall was born on May 18, 1924 in Ames, Story County, Iowa died on December 14, 1956 in Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky, at age 32, and was buried in Kossuth Cemetery. He was adopted by Burton and Luella Marshall. Donald married a woman named Jean and they had one child, Jeffrey Donald Marshall.
Joyce Ruth Marshall was born Joyce Ruth Rigsby, and adopted by Luella and her husband, Burton Everett Marshall. Joyce's birth mother died young, leaving 5 children.
Joyce married Robert Boughton and had three children. Joyce later married Gary Schute, who had three children. He was born on December 19, 1934, died at age 53 on October 26, 1988, and was buried in Old Stone Church Cemetery, Sperry. Their six children were: Regina Roberts, Richard Kelly, Gary Kelly, Rochelle McMusser, Darcy Hostetter, and Ronald Boughton.
Robert Boughton's son, Ronald Boughton, who was born May 25, 1964 and died April 29, 1994. He married Kelly Roberts and they had children named Steele and Skyler Boughton.
Hazel May Marshall was born on May 8, 1899 in Dodgeville, Des Moines County, died aged 98 on July 11, 1997 in Community Care, Mediapolis, and was buried on July 14, 1997 in Memorial Park Cemetery, Burlington.
As a child, Hazel went to the Green College Country School. She also attended Burlington Business College. Hazel was a Methodist and was a member of United Methodist Women. Later she moved to Burlington, and after the move she joined the fundamentalist Harmony Bible Church near Danville. She worked as a homemaker and she also worked for the cafeteria at the Burlington, Iowa, YWCA, baking pies for that institution.
Hazel married William Leslie Granaman on February 22, 1922 in Burlington. William was born on December 13, 1901 in Iowa, died in Iowa on April 11, 1972 at age 70, and was buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Burlington. William and Hazel had four children: Lois Mae, Betty Aileen, Evelyn Elaine, and Shirley Ethyl.
David Ira Marshall was born on September 24, 1900 in Sperry, Des Moines County, died at age 52 on February 9, 1953 in New London, and was buried in Kossuth Cemetery. The cause of his death was a brain tumor.
David married Margaret Elizabeth White on September 25, 1920 in Mediapolis, with the Reverend Richard Roberts officiating. Margaret was born in Mediapolis on July 23, 1902, died at age 92 on February 19, 1995 in Burlington, and was buried in Kossuth Cemetery. They had seven children: Alice Elaine, Mildred Joan, James David "Jim," Robert Dean, Ruth Margaret, Jane Marie, and they raised Edward Wayne Marshall.
Oliver James Marshall was born on June 15, 1902 in Des Moines County died in Burlington at age 59 on December 10, 1961, and was buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Burlington.
Oliver married Ethel Eleanor Drinkall in Yarmouth on September 5, 1923. Ethel was born on July 29, 1903 in Des Moines County, died in Mediapolis at age 91 on April 1, 1995, and was buried in Memorial Park Cemetery. They had four children: Marjorie Blanche, Doris Marie, Wilma Lavonne, and Mary Ann Marshall.
Ralph Waldo Marshall was born on December 15, 1908 in Des Moines County, died of leukemia at age 81 on December 17, 1989, and was buried in Kossuth Cemetery.
Ralph married Vera Mary Young on August 30 in Des Moines County. Vera was born on August 30, 1915 in Ottumwa, Wapello County, Iowa and died at age 79 on August 23, 1995 in Burlington. Vera at some point was also married to a man named Downs. Ralph was also married to Viola Hazel Schmidt. Their wedding was July 15, 1961 in Fairfield, Jefferson County, Iowa. Viola was born on July 31, 1912 and died on May 3, 1985, at age 72.
Vera Mary Young and Ralph Marshall had three children: Ralph Leon Marshall, Ethel Lona Marshall, and David Clark Marshall.
Walter Spencer Marshall was born on September 16, 1913 in Des Moines County and died at age 66 on March 16, 1980 in Iowa City. He lived in Danville, and at some point in his life had lived in North Dakota, where his social security number was issued.
Walter married Helen Frances Alderson on September 3, 1937 in Kahoka, Clark County, Missouri. Helen was born on January 29, 1914 and died aged 70 on June 27, 1984 in Iowa City; her last residence was New London, Iowa. Walter and Helen had three children: Walter Leroy, Larry Francis, and Norma Jean Marshall.
