Rosamond [Walker] Tyhurst - Short Bio

Rosamond Walker (whose nicknames were Rose, Rosa) was the daughter of Mary Anderson and William Pearsey Walker. She married a man named Walter Tyhurst in about 1910; at some point he left her and the children they had and moved to Chicago. In 1913, Rose lived Greenfield, Adair County, Iowa, and sometime before 1919 she moved to a farm near Dunlap, Harrison County, Iowa. Rosamond died November 1966 in Portland, Oregon.

Rose and Walter Tyhurst had three children before his disappearance:

Marion Louise Tyhurst, who married a man named Schrock.

Dudley Wayne Tyhurst, 1912-1960

Kenneth Tyhurst 1917- 1972
