Charles Cecil Walker ("Cecil") - Short Bio
Cecil was the child of Lee (Charles Leander) and Aleta Walker. Cecil was born August 6, 1916 in Iowa and died November 3, 1991 in Virginia. He married a woman named Rosa and they had two children: Charles and Edward. Charles went to school and graduated from Crawfordsville, Iowa (Washington County); he later was trained by the Federal Aviation Commission in Pennsylvania. In 1991 Charles and Rosa's son Charles lived in Denver, Colorado, and son Edward lived in Liberty, Texas.
