Jessie Mae Swan - Short Bio

Jessie Mae Swan was the daughter of George Laury and Samantha Jane ("Jennie") [Gregory] Swan and the wife of Pearl Moyers. The Swan family had its roots in Pennsylvania and came to Louisa County, Iowa via Ohio. Jessie's mother, Samantha Jane Gregory, was the daughter of David Gregory and Marietta Umphrey; David was one of 28 children born to William Gregory.
