Doris [Frizzell] Cartwright - Short Bio

Doris Frizzell, the daughter of Eli and Everna [Walker] Frizzell, was married to Joe Cartwright. Joe, the son of W. C. Cartwright and Grace Bailey, was born December 17, 1904 in Decatur County, Iowa, and died March 1975 in Linn County, Iowa. In the 1950s - 1960s, Doris and Joe ran an orphanage in Cedar Rapids.

Joe and Doris (Doris was a first cousin to the children of Samuel Nathaniel Walker), had one daughter who was named Beverly Jo.
