    • Arthur Heinz, 83, father-in-law of Burlington Police Captain Paul Bruhl, died Friday night at his home at 510 Dunham street.

      He was born in Burlington, November 25, 1870, the son of John and Thereasa Zeller Heinz and was married to Lucille Hartman in Burlington August 3, 1898.

      Before the illness which resulted in his death, he worked for the Lagomarcino-Grupe Company. He was a retired member of the Cascade Boating Association.

      Survivors are his widow; two daughters, Mrs. Paul Bruhl of Burlington and Mrs. Ray Schoell of San Diego, California; and four grandchildren.

      Funeral services. will be held Monday at 2 p.m. (CDT) at Prugh's chapel. The Reverend L. K. Eckols will officiate and burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery.
