Judith Ann Nelson, cute 5-month-old daughter of Mrs. Alvin Nelson, RCN, thinks this group of senior girls in Mediapolis consolidated school has a lot, of nerve using her for baby-bathing Instruction, but she doesn't seem to mind. Dale Hubert Brumm kindly provided this photograph. On the left is a picture of him and probably two sisters (back to front): Helen Laverne, Dorothy Virginia, and Dale Brumm (children of Oliver "Clayton" and Bertha Leota (Lett) Brumm). He theorized the man wearing the cap to be Walter Lett, but Walter would have been in his 60s by the time of this photograph (taken in the late 1920s). That man doesn't seem to be that old. These may have simply been friends in the neighborhood that day, as there are no other close family members who would have had so many young children at that time.
