From Jan. 23 through Jan. 26 Frank Marx us's play, The Killing of Sister George will be presented in Curtiss Auditorium.
The Ames Lesbian Alliance protests its production. This play presents the stereotyped myth of an extremely oppressive, destructive relationship. By continuing this ignorant view of lesbianism, the play itself is oppressive and destructive to all people.
Every relationship has a myriad of potential shapes or forms which it can take. Women who love each other choose more positive, constructive ways to share their lives and those feelings.
