We requested $1672.00 and were given about $787.85. The $844.85 listed on the page was before expected income from dues were taken from the total.
This was a moral victory and the first time a gay group was funded by GSB at Iowa State University. We did this more for the symbolism involved than for a burning desire to be recognized.
