Morning Sun, Iowa, January 20. (1932)--

The Royal Neighbors lodge held their installation of officers Tuesday evening at Woodman hall with an attendance of one hundred and twenty-five, Mrs. Lily Hight of Winfield acting as installing officer and Mrs. Lola Reece of Ainsworth, ceremonial marshal. Miss Helen Griffith presided at the piano during the installation.

The following officers were installed: Oracle, Mrs. Susie Wright; past oracle, Mrs. Nora Cunningham; vice oracle, Mrs. Nora Smith; chancellor, Mrs. Mary H. Kerr; recorder, Mrs. Bertha Heckenberg; receiver, Mrs. Belle (Hannah) Walker; inner sentinel, Mrs. Mary E. Kerr; outer sentinel, Mrs. Lulu Congrove; marshal Miss Veda Maxson; assistant marshal, Mrs. Opal Marshal; musician, Miss Frances Wright; manager for three years, Miss Grace Cory; color bearer, Mrs. Leota Crist; captain of degree staff, Mrs. Ellen Griffith; juvenile director, Mrs. Laura Hartman; camp physician, Dr. Roy Tandy.

The Graces: Mrs. Nellie Baxter, "Faith"; Mrs. Ruth Springsteen, "Courage"; Miss Ruby Delzell, "Modesty"; Miss Angie Kerr, "Unselfishness"; Mrs. Maggie Kreamer, "Endurance."

Following the installation ceremonies a clever farce was presented by ten couples, under the direction of Mrs. Mary Strawhacker. Refreshments were served with Mrs. Laura Hartman chairman of the committee. Mrs. Oscar Lofgren and George Haight of Winfield were out of town guests.
